Hello, could you please help us on below issues at your convenience? Thanks a lot!

Browser: Firefox 3.0.15
RTC : R2C RTC (https://igartc01.swg.usma.ibm.com/jazz/web/projects/R2C)

From last Friday morning (Nov 6, 2009 9am ZE8), we began to have 2 problems on R2C RTC. We were fine before that day on this RTC and we are still fine with another RTC (Deal Workflow R2.0 RTC: https://igartc01.swg.usma.ibm.com/jazz/web/projects/Deal Workflow R2.0).

Below are some details of what we did and got around the 2 issues. We could resolve an impediment but not sure if can create. As it is a production environment, we did not do any test around the issues.

1) In a task or defect page, change the status from "Reopen" or "In Progress" to "Resolve", then click the Save button. Message "Could not save work item. CRRTC0294E: exception while extracting workflow state from surrogate." is displayed.

2) Click the down arrow next to the 'Create Work item' label. Select "Defect" or "Task" on the list displayed. In the creating new defect or task page, click the Save button. Message "Could not save work item. no start action defined for workflow." is displayed.

JAZZ DEVELOPER
Hi
It looks as if you had changed the configuration of the workflow for defect and task in the process specification. Please ensure that the correct workflow is bound to the task and defect type and that this workflow has a initialize action configured.

Hi Marcel,

We sent your answers to our US Team Lead yesterday. Today she told us the issue has been fixed. Now we can create defect and resolve task. Thanks!
