How can I deliver a changeset and also get the number of artifacts changed in the changeSet using Rest API for DNG?

 See https://jazz.net/library/article/92596 for how to deliver change sets. The public API is very limited so I don't think it allows to answer the second part of the question.

I see its mentioned the URL like 

https://MyServerPort:9443/rm/cm/component is needed to fetch the ChangeSet details but when i hit the URL with the my Server i am facing getting Bad request error.

Error 400: Bad Request

com.ibm.rdm.fronting.server.exception.InternalServerErrorException (More info found at entry [64ff72ef004253a4] in the RM application server log)


Could you please let me know what is the cause or suggest me on the same?
