After upgrade to 604, custom reports no longer work: where to start looking, for what?
After our upgrade from CLM 405 (via RTC 502) to RTC 604, our custom reports on WI no longer work, would appreciate any comment as to

FORUM ADMINISTRATOR / FORUM MODERATOR / JAZZ DEVELOPER You should consider to contact support. Those seem to be custom BIRT reports. Not sure what support can do. Report builder is what is intended to be the future reporting. Comments
The second issue hints that there is something wrong with the connection to the data warehouse database. The data warehouse and other database connections should not have changed during the upgrade. DB connection issues? Maybe there are permission related issues?
Maybe use this amazing "Internet"?
