How to integrate PTC modeler with IBM rational DOORS Next Generation.

I have PTC Modeler which has design models and IBM Rational DNG where my requirements are stored. I want to integrate both the tools in such a way that I will be able to create bidirectional links and also sync data. 

Please let me know if any plug-in or extension is available OOTB. If not then help me with some OSLC methods as both the tools supports OSLC.

 I would look around for something to buy, I believe a previous client was using sodius (https://www.sodius.com/en/home) for this. It is no small undertaking to integrate two tools using OSLC

PTC modeler's latest version now have provided with OOTB connectivity between two tools. That have solved the purpose of integration.
