Authentication error while generating report in RPE v 2.0.1

 I am working on configuration enabled RPE template. Global configuration stream is already added in the Configuration-Context in document specification file. template was generating report properly with the global configuration stream details but suddenly it stopped working with the below error:


Form authentication error: connection to https://myserver:9443/gc/configuration/19 failed.
Reponse code: 200
Reponse message: OK

Please help me to figure out what went wrong?

 Response 200 and Ok means its getting response correctly but you are missing username and password. provide username and password in datasource configuration
