You can display the comments in a column and export that view to Excel.

If you need it in Word you can paste it into a Word table.

There was a bug with the Excel export of comments for a while but it was fixed in 6.0.4 according to this technote.

 you can export a view with the columns column in xls/csv format, but it will result in exporting the comment count (the number of comments on the artifact), not the actual comment(s).ﾠ
