DNG 6.0.5 OSLC Creation of an artifact, CreationFactory doesn't exist on service catalog

We are trying to extend the services, and we need to find a way to create an artifact in rm, we have done without any complication for ccm and qm, also in the service catalog via OSLC, it shows very clear the creationFactories, but for the service catalog of rm it doesn't show anything for creation. according with the documentation should be there but there is nothing for the creation of artifacts via OSLC, so I wonder if something should be modified on the services.xml file on rm side in the server? or how we can control this?
