Problems printing to PDF

Adam Coulthard (1322116) | asked Nov 03 '09, 5:07 a.m.
Hello,

We are currently running 2.0.0.1 and hit a problem with one testplan when its printing to pdf. Looking through the testcases and test plan itself there does not appear to be anything unusual about the testplan but when ever we try to print it we get the following HTTP 500 error message:

Problem transforming xsl-fo to requested print type

Has anyone experienced this problem and fixed it?

Thanks

Adam

Adam,
Are you doing a History print of the Test Plan? I have seen that. Otherwise, what type of print are you doing?
There is this existing workitem - you might want to chime in and see if it's the same issue: https://jazz.net/jazz02/resource/itemName/com.ibm.team.workitem.WorkItem/23585

Hi John,

Thanks for the reply, we were getting the error on all the pdf printing. We tracked it down as being odd characters in the testcases due to copy and pasting from a Word Document :-(.

Cheers

Adam
