You may achieve what you want by:
  1. In the test plan, go to the section Test Environments (Add it, if you do not see it)
  2. In the section Test Environments, select the tab Test Environment (right next to Platform Coverage)
  3. Click the green + on the right (Add Test Environments)
  4. Choose test environments form the list of all existing test environments
