JRS excel export live data keeps prompting for login. This issue could happen for a set of users or a single user.

You could check if there are any special characters like '&' in the password of the user. The special character list is specific for the Application Server(WebSphere Application Server or WebSphere Liberty or Tomcat).

Refer the documentation related to the application server for the list of special characters allowed.
