Quality Manager project area name changes: how do I discover the original project name for reporting?

When a QM project area name changes, it does not affect the name of the project for reporting purposes. Is there a query that I can submit that will tell me the reporting name of a QM project area (i.e. the original project name)?


I have tried the following, but they just show the new project name - not the original/reporting project name:

You can use the following URI to find project alias which gives the original project name:
