Can you specifiy additional RQM Paragraph Formats

Ben Sharples (813360) | asked Nov 24 '16, 8:33 a.m.
Within an RQM Test Plan/Test Case Rich Text sections there is the option to assign a 'Format' to paragraphs using the 'Format' drop down menu.

Currently the only options I see are 'Heading 1 thru 6' and 'Normal'.

Can you define additional Formats (for example Table Label, Figure Label, Num List, Bullet List, etc)

When I export through RPE the Word export picks up the 'Heading' formats nicely and applies the equivalent Word Heading format, however frequently within my documents I use Figures and Tables and need to label these and would therefore want to have a define 'Format' for these that could then also get picked up in Word to enable production of Table of Tables and Table of Figures

Hi, Ben

I don't think additional formats are currently supported.
Perhaps the below RFE has more enhancements you are interested in:

Hi Ben,

I would call them as "styles" instead of format. Yes, RPE can support external styles. However, you need to use an external stylesheet and define your own style.

I'm not sure on the RQM front on how the styles / formats are exposed.

Thanks,
Kumar
