How to limit visibility of rdng artifacts within a project?

Keith Eberhard (19113) | asked Jun 05 '19, 4:49 p.m.

We have a 5.0.2 RDNG user that does not want other users to see the artifacts in his module. I have not been able to find a way to accomplish this. Does IBM have future plans for limiting visibility to RDNG artifacts based on users that are members of a team that is associated with the folder containing the modules artifacts ?

This is not possible at the moment - you can limit write and other permissions by folders by creating a subteam and assigning that subteam as owners of the folder, but you can't limit readability.

There is an open enhancement request that being actively worked on, so it is something that will be available in a future release, but not sure when.

Is it possible to view the enhancement request and plan item(s) being used to track this effort?
