How to build ready-to-use report "Average time in state" for RTC

Joshua Close (26) | asked May 31 '19, 8:13 a.m.

Hello,

I am looking for some advise and hope someone can help, there is a Ready-to-use reports  called "Average time in state" and I am looking to understand how this has been built

within RTC such that our department can create a tweaked version of this.

The end goal would be a to produce a grouped bar chart with each single bar

representing the average time in stage, X axis being grouped by historical weeks/ Months and Y axis being count of days.

Any support would be much appreciated!

Many Thanks

Josh

My current understanding is that the "Ready to use" reports are using capabilities that are beyond what JRS provides out of the box. Otherwise they would be categorized as "Ready to copy". I am not sure if you can create such a report yourself.
