How to copy repository file from one stream to multiple streams automatically.

Hello Everyone,

I wanted to Know,how we can copy repository files from one stream to multiple Stream automatically using plain JAVA API.These repository files should be in syn. Example - If I have change the content of a file from a stream,then it should be updated to all Stream ,having the same file name.
