Hi Team,

  I am using RTC 6.0.1. I have implemented Process Sharing feature in RTC.

I have added a new work item type in producer project  but the newly added work item type is not reflecting in my consumer projects.

But when I add new role and permissions to producer project  , it is reflecting in all the consumer projects .

Please let me know how can I make the containers sync. in work item type by using process sharing feature.

is the workitem section Final checkbox checked?

is it possible the client project made a change? if it does, outside the fine grained process config support, then it will become disconnected from the shared master..

for grins, check the final box on the master, save the process config and look at the client project again.
if the workitem shows up, it is because of the disconnect.
