RQM Browse Test Case Results / Filter by Exact Match possible?

I want to browse the test case results of a specific Build in RQM.

In the Filter field I can only select between "Contains" and "Doesn't contain".
If I select "Contains" Build "abc 3.11", also the builds "abc 3.11-beta1", ... will be found.

I couldn't find a way to query for an exact match or to add an aditional query condition for the same attribute (like "Doesn't contain" "beta").

A similar question has been asked 8 years ago (https://jazz.net/forum/questions/66067/filterquery-to-find-an-exact-match), I can't believe there are no improvements regarding this issue for this long time.
And I can't believe that there aren't a lot of users out there that would also need the possibility to query for artifacts in RQM similar like in RTC ("contains", "does not contain", "is", "is not", "starts with", "ends with", "exists").

Hi Jurgen,

Unfortunately, this scenario is not supported in RQM yet. I will suggest you to create an RFE (enhancement) in RQM for this scenario to include filter options for - "contains", "does not contain", "is", "is not", "starts with", "ends with", "exists" similar to RTC.

Thank you.
