I need to create a report that gives me all the requirements and the comments that go with that requirement. This isnt available through report builder but can anyone tell me the table name that stores the comments for requirements so i can use a SQL quer

Typically the answer is no. The product(s) Database(s) are not created in a way that you can easily find and access this kind of information.
