How to configure ClearQuest to work with RTC 2.0?

Please check what value is given for Remote CQ Server name ? I have noticed many customer do a typical mistake of providing a URL instead of machine name.

Remote CQ Server Name: http://{servername}/cqweb <--- WRONG
Remote CQ Server Name: {fully qualified servername/ip addres} <-- CORRECT

Our ClearQuest web server is at CQ 7.1.0.2, when we try to use ClearQuest bridge in RTC2.0, we got below eror message:

!RCMCQProxyHandler.REQUEST_FAILED!
Either CQ Remote server is not configured or not available. Please contact administrator.

Is there any special configuration needed on ClearQuest server?

You are super right, I did the typical mistake of providing a URL instead of machine name.

I corrected it, now RTC works fine with ClearQuest!
