As of now, I understand the OSLC API will allow us to create/edit/delete workitems in the Jazz database

and I would like to do the same for Requirement artifacts, is there any guide or example how to do it?

Thank you

First few hits. In addition Eclipse Lyo the OSLC4J project has example code for OSLC RM .
OSLC4J is better suited than using XPath that the OSLC Workshop refers to.

BTW, all applications use OSLC (where available) or REST APIs.
