Synchronize RRC Description with RTC Description

When a Story work item is created in RTC from an Implement By linked artifact in RRC, the Description is transferred from RRC artifact to RTC work item. Is there a way to keep these synchronized so that if it changes in one tool it is update in the other?
Also, is there a way to populate other attributes - say for example that a (user-defined) User Acceptance attribute in RRC could be transferred to the Acceptance Test attribute in the RTC Story?
