CLM 4.0.3, JIRA and Zephyr

Kristof Van Sever (11812) | asked Oct 17 '13, 9:24 a.m.

Hi there,

I was wondering whether anyone here has experience with using Zephyr along with the combination of CLM 4.0.3 and JIRA? I am able to connect JIRA and CLM through the OSLC adapter to create issues, etc, but I am trying to see whether RQM could be 'replaced' with Zephyr, so you basically connect WorkItems to Zephyr test plans and tests.

So far I succeeded in linking them to tests, but test plans seems impossible. Anyone here with advice?

Thanks,

Kristof

Zephyr does not appear to be on the list of supported/known integrations (though JIRA is): https://jazz.net/extend/integrations/ If Zephyr works via OSLC, an integration should be possible https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/index.jsp?re=1&topic=/com.ibm.rational.rrm.help.doc/topics/c_overview_clm_integrations.html&scope=null

I see. Are you aware of a way to extend the OSLC adapter for Jira which is used to connect it to RTC? So its behaviour can be different when presenting tests to RTC over the OSLC.

Sorry, I do not. But that's a good follow-up question -- feel free to create it as a new question with an idea of what you are trying to accomplish and someone may pick it up.
