Linking RQM Test cases to RTC Defects based on ID

Hi
I have the Defect ID's which i have to link to RQM test cases using OSLC.
I have to get the url of the Defect ID, How can i get the url based on the ID using OSLC?

 Hi Akhila, not sure I full understand your question but if what you are trying to accomplish is to manually transform from a work item id to a valid work item oslc uri this would be the "formula": 


If you have a work item with id 2393:

https://<server>:<port>/ccm/resource/itemName/com.ibm.team.workitem.WorkItem/2393
