How to create link between step to DNG requirement with Rest API or OSLC?

We would like to create links from steps to DNG requirements from script (not from RQM web interface) .

It can be in any way as Rest API, OSLC or any other possible solution.

Is it possible and how?

Thanks Abihishek Gour,

MY mistake, I need to link steps to DWA requirements and not DNG.

We imported from excel to RQM, but it links only Test Cases to requirements.
