How to create link between step to DNG requirement with Rest API or OSLC?

We would like to create links from steps to DNG requirements from script (not from RQM web interface)  .
It can be in any way as Rest API, OSLC or any other possible solution.
Is it possible and how?

Hi, 

I believe that you are aware with OSLC based QM-DNG linking. If that is so - then please refer to following link to know more about Test Step OSLC capabilities - https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RqmOslcQmV2Api#Test_Script_Step . I hope this is helpful.

Thanks Abihishek Gour,

MY mistake, I need to link steps to DWA requirements and not DNG.
We imported from excel to RQM, but it links only Test Cases to requirements.
