Attachements are missing in RQM after migrating to 3.0.1

We have upgraded RQM to version 3.0.1.
We have attached documents to testcases in RQM ver 2 but it now seems that the attachments are missing after the upgrade.

Does anybody have a suggestion how to find the missing attachments?
