Hello Team,
 
    Is there an OSLC API to fetch list of changesets created for a stream irrespective of the user who created changeset?

   I need to fetch all the changesets that are created by different users for a stream . Do we have any API available ?

You would have to look deeper into OSLC and the service providers.
