Error while generating sample report for a view in RELM
Hello All,
I am using CLM version 6.0.5, I have created a sample view in RELM which has linking for a RM artifact, QM test case and DM diagram. When I run a query, am able to see the table displaying their linking and relation. When I try to print a report I get an error.
I added the file "<installtion_dir>\JazzTeamServer\server\conf\relm\reports\sample.dta" to Content section of Report resource.
I get the error "Schema 'CONFIG' does not exist".

How can this be solved?

Hi,
Request you to follow below steps to 'Create Report Resource' and 'Generate Report from View'. And answer the questions followed by the steps.
Creating a new report resource:
1. Open RELM and go to Reports -> Browse -> Report resources.
2. Click on the option 'Create Resource' from the top right options.
3. Click on the Browse button in 'Contents' section. It will open a file selection dialog.
4. Please browse till <Server installation>/server/conf/relm/reports and select sample.dta file.
5. Now all the required details will be auto filled. Click on the save button.
6. You will see a successful save message.
Steps to create a report from a RELM View:
1. If perdefined contents not deployed: Go to settings -> Deploy Predefined Content Packages -> Deploy Sample Views for new user
2. Go to RELM shared views, open 'Simple Sample' view under 'Sample view for new users' folder
3. Click on the Generate report icon from the top right corner.
4. Select 'Sample' as report resource and click on the next.
5. Select "All" for 'Value' field of all the 5 tables entries.
6. Click on the register queries. Once the 'Query URL' has been generated click on the finish.
7. Report will be generated and displayed.
8. Click on "Export..." option to Export the report is required format i.e. PDF, Word, etc.
9. Click on "View Report in Printable Format" option to open the Report in printable format.
Request you to please answer below questions:
(1) Please check if all the above mentioned steps works fine? And if NOT, please share the Failure steps with details.
(2) Try to execute your use case(mentioned by you in this Question) once more and see if it works? And if NOT, please share the Failure steps with details.
(3) Browser details(Name and version) used for testing.
(4) Any RELM iFix applied to the server?

The steps given by you worked for me. I was able to generate a report for the sample view.
For a view that I have created I am unable to register the queries or select a value from the 'Value' field.
Is it that I would have to create a different .dta file for retrieving the queries for my custom view.

The .dta file is fine.
We need to create a Grid/Tree Container with "Custom SPARQL Query" in the View. The IDs of such Grid Container are only displayed in he 'Value' field.
But to see the proper result in the report, we need to also map your report resources(.dta file) to the custom SPARQL queries.
