How to give permission to approve ONLY but NO permission to edit/change under Test Cases
Anyone knows how to give permission by user role to approve ONLY but NO permission to edit/add/change under TS and TC?
I want the BAs just to review what QA team did under TCs and TS.

You may create a new role permission, called QA member, per project area and deny all permissions but these two in under Save Formal Review: Edit, Create. And add the QA team members to the project area with that user role.
You need to set all permissions for Everyone role to deny so other roles do not inherit any permission from it.
