API to integrate RTC with ticketing tool.

Hi,

We have a customer that uses RTC as a ticketing system, however they are forced to use another ticketing tool which is the official tool on their organization. They have a person that updates RTC WIs and the ticketing tool manually and they are looking for an API or a tool to do this automatically.
We would like to know if there is a supported API for RTC to make simpler this translation from RTC WIs to the ticketing tool and viceversa.

 Yes, OSLC is the main interface, and its a standardized interface. There is also the client/server API as well. I've done quite a bit of cross integration with both.
