Approved state work items links are displaying strike through font

 I recently created one work item in project area when it is in approved state the work item link is displaying strike through text.

 Why is the text displayed with strike through?  What can I do to change this?

 Check the workflow of the work item type. Make sure the approved state is not in a state group that is assigned to the closed category.
