Getting error "Fetching project area information"after logged-in in RTC

 Hi All,


After logged-in in RTC web then, user name showing as unknown on top of right ccm web page and also showing "Fetching project area information" in CCM web and all project area(s) are not showing on CCM web 
How can I solve this error, why this error is coming?

please give me solution on same.

It looks like there is an issue with user authentication. Please open a new case for a support to investigate this.
