Broken BIRT report counts??
![]()
I am stumped on this so I hope you can help.
When I preview the report, it works as expected, but after it is posted to the RTC server template the numbers are way too low (sometimes negative)? The funny thing is, it was fine until a few weeks ago and now I can't seem to figure out why? Any additional questions or suggestions? I linked a picture to try to explain better. |

A bit more history.
We have used this report since January. We moved from RTC 1.0 to RTC 2.0 and it still worked. I updated it from the 2.0 release notes to add back the Data Set parameters etc. and it still worked. I updated it for our next release to adjust the parameters and it still worked. I went through all the forum posts and videos. I use total.count and not just a hidden label to get complete dataset results. Our source/dev person added a new stream and changed some team names and team member compositions (if that makes a difference). The report reports on the whole project and has no parameters set for team etc. |
