 Is it possible to skip the mandatory attributes when creating a workitem from template? Please let me know if there is a workaround. It may not sound right, but we have a scenario where a set of users want to use a pre-filled workitem but not all mandatory attributes.

No mandatory attributes are mandatory and the operation behavior does and does not need to know the scenario.
