Do we have any oslc api to deliver changeset in DNG?

Currently we are doing ReqIf import on Streams. But now we want to do Reqif Import on changsets and deliver them.

Please let us know if there any API's available to deliver changeset in DNG.

There is unfortunately no public API to create change sets. There is only an internal API for creating change sets as far as I can tell. I have only been able to find an internal API. (If I am wrong, please share.)

You need multiple of the APIs explained in https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/DNGServerAPI for your purpose I guess.
