Build a report to show number of unresolved comments

Hi Wayne,

This is technically possible as "isResolved" is exposed in Reportable REST API (artifact/content/comments/isResolved in comments artifact type). You can get this value fairly easy by using Rational Publishing Engine, but you need to implement the logic how to count the number of requirements in RPE. I cannot find any comment data available in Report Builder.
