Advice on canceled check-in operation but content still stored on database
![]()
Long story short, our client stored up to 18 GB of content on database (Oracle 11g) during a check-in operation; see the giant step at Nov 21 on the image below:
Since the check-in operation was canceled by user before it was completed and there's no change-sets for that content, the database will prune this "orphan" content? Any advice on how to regain that disk space?
Thanks in advance.
Cheers.

I doubt that the orphan content will be automatically cleaned up. Regaining disk space can be different to actually removing the content. I don't know of an Oracle version of this, but the below may provide some helpful background, as to what steps are required.
