How to generate Java Trace for jnlp application in cases of suspected java environment issues.

Steps to generate java trace for the ssl handshake failure on jnlp (RTC/ RQM) snapshot tool.
1. Enable java tracing and provide the ssl certificate, type and password as parameters

2. Enable logging and tracing through Java Console, enable “Mozilla family” if using Firefox.

3. Save changes. Restart browser
4. Login to RTC workitem and invoke the snapshot tool.
5. Confirm the snapshot tool loads..


6. Replicate the error behavior and share the complete text from the Java Console window.
