RTC Connector/Bridge

There are two ClearCase Connectors.
The first is the ClearCase Synchronizer, which allows you to use RTC SCM
and ClearCase on the same set of files.
The second is the ClearCase Bridge, which allows you to use RTC work
items with ClearCase as your SCM system. In the current release, the CC
Bridge only works with CC UCM projects. For the next release of the CC
Bridge, we're planning on adding support for non-UCM CC projects.
