Link for 'Creating personal dashboards' is broken

Creating personal dashboards is contained within:
IBM Rational Help => Rational Team Concert 4.05 => Getting started with Rational Team Concert

A number of boxes are shown. I clicked on the box labelled 'Organise dashboards'. Holding the mouse over this displayed 'Getting started with dashboards'.

A series of menus are then displayed & in here is shown 'Creating personal dashboards'.

Could you please fix this link. Thank you any help.

Could you please have a screen capture of the problematic page and post on the forum?
It would provide more information for us to investigation the issue.
