I don't think there is a follow up action for this. Perhaps you may need to write a follow up action for "Deliver (server)" for Change set. This involves effort, time
On the other what happens if you schedule to run the build at every 1 min ?
If you want a build to happen on every change set delivery, wouldn't the build go in a big queue depending on the number of change set being delivered for this stream? Is this is a busy stream, the build que woudl be longer.
