How to retrieve snapshot details using RTC CLI

I am currently using RTC 5.0.2 with CLI version: com.ibm.team.filesystem.cli.client, version 3.2.400.v20141016_0123

Given a snapshot UUID, how can I retrieve all the details of that snapshot?

I tried different combinations of scm show attributes -s snapshot_uuid -r ... or scm get attributes ... but was unable to get a comprehensive result.
I am specifically interested in the "Created by" field displayed in the GUI that seems to not be available through the command line.

The snapshot details does not display the created by field.
