How to add Traceability in Jazz Reporting Service 6.0.5 reports?

We want to have a column in jazz reporting service report that should contain breadcrumb types of OSLC links for given artefact (clickable). For example, like Req-->Task-->TestCase-->TestCaseExecution-->ExecutionResult-->Defect.

If anybody knows similar type of use case and its implementation, then please let me know that also.
