retagged Sep 25 '18, 7:56 a.m. by Minakshi Jaint (511●3) I'm trying out DOORS in cloud Jazz trial. Unfortunately i have not figured out how to change anything in the trial. In order to convince others at work to go buy DOORS I would need to enter some of my own information but all edit operations are greyed out and it says I don't have permissions. I have also tried to add myself as author but I don't have permissions to do that either. Please help! |

Hello
Does this resemble your Cloud offering? https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SS2L6K_6.0.6/com.ibm.help.common.jazz.calm.doc/topics/c_cloud.html
Have you reached out to your Cloud provider? or the onboarding documents?
The other topics related to read/write operations with client access licenses is this one: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SS2L6K_6.0.6/com.ibm.jazz.repository.web.admin.doc/topics/c_managing_licenses.html

You can also download and install a stand-alone DNG server from here so you have control over the entire environment.
It will run OK on a Win 10 laptop even though it is not an officially supported platform.
Trial licenses last for 60 days.
