Sending it to the PMO for review
In RTC, we have a work item called Change Request. Each change request needs to undergo a specific approval process before it goes to the Board of Supervisors. I hope to automate the process by being able to automate the approvals and specific assessments needed when each CR is created.
A member of the team will submit a change request and need approval from the department head before sending it to the PMO for review.
I want to make it so that when a CR the following review and approval has been listed on the approval tab and then the sender and CM Manager can assign appropriate staff for each review.
