How do you hide a field on a work item and only show it at a certain workflow state

I have work item with custom fields, I want some of those custom fields to show up at certain workflow state.

You can do this task from rtc client

Open the project

Go into project configuration

Then workitem

Then go editor presentation

Then right click on the attribute you want to hide

Then select the state/ workflow in which you want to hide

Press ok
