Work item in RTC is not giving latest status

I am using RTC v6.0.5 and when I am changing the work item status from New->Closed, it is not getting  reflected properly.

When I am opening work item using link in the mail, status is showing as closed. 
But when I directly open it via RTC Web client, status is still showing as New. It is not showing latest updated status.
Can anybody provide me any idea on this please?
Kindly let me know if any other information is required.
