Testcase Summary some Global categories are missing

Some of the Global categories in a testcase's "Summary" section have disappeared.
While these no more visible categories are required, i cannot create a new testcase.

Where can i see/edit the testcase layout templates?

Hi Yiannis,

Categories are associated with the project area and not the test artifact template.  Check (Administration >> Manage Project Properties >> Artifact Categories >> Global Categories) if the global category was a) archived/deleted or b) does not have the test case scope.

Hi Paul,

thanks for the reply. Well none of the global Categories has been archived, and i check their scope again; testcases are included.

I've escalated the issue and it is investigated by IBM. Apparently there has been a bug after a deployment that took place last Thursday.
