RELM doesn't provide reporting in the sense of e.g. tabular reports - that's provided by JRS.

OTOH RELM provides diagram-based impact analysis and visualization of relationships, i.e. things JRS doesn't do.

As these are different conceptually, you can't transfer definitions between JRS and RELM. Also, JRS can report on data from data warehouse as well as LQE, where RELM only reports from LQE.

Thanks for you comment, can you please explain me or do you have any links that will show how to create diagram-based RELM reports.

There are some tutorials in the Knowledge Center, for example here https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSYMRC_6.0.5/com.ibm.team.jp.relm.doc/topics/c_node_tutorials.html

NOTE I updated my answer with some other differences between JRS and RELM
