Hi All,
Is it possible to add attribute properties to folder in DNG through customization (Script/OSLC api) or any in built option available in tool to add attribute properties to folder?

The scenario is,
I am using OSLC api to create new folder in DNG(I am able to do that). I have source code to RTC . I have to attach source code link to newly created folder in DNG as attribute property.

Any idea how to do this ?

Folders don't have attributes. You can think of folders as a special kind of tag.
Modules and collections can have attributes. Perhaps you could use one of these constructs?

FYI ... our as part of services engagements our services teams have supplied eclipse plug-ins that can do requirements-to-source traceability.
